Judy Kirkpatrick, Editorial Assistant
Kansas City
Judy describes herself as a generalist, a Universalist, a mother, a grandmother and a wife of 46 years. She is versatile--her outside work experience centered largely around Advertising Art & Display, Marketing and general sales, with wallpapering and home repair thrown in for good measure. She speaks of her long-held love of Metaphysics and related subjects in this way, "When I began reading Metaphysical and Self-help books in the early 70s, the shelf at the library containing them was less then three feet long. Eventually, books on Alternative Healing, Yoga, Transcendental Meditation and World Religions doubled the selection. Within a few years, as the shelves continued to expand, my new goals took shape and included the desire to work on a once-a-month Metaphysical magazine. Along came Jill Dutton and Evolving Woman--we worked together for six years--and now, here we are again withEvolving. So, thank you Jill and The Powers That Be for putting me in the right place at the right time to serve the community in such an interesting and Evolving way."
